Sleep gets to be a bit of a luxury. The days of just snoozing whenever you feel like it become a distant memory and you wonder how you are managing to cope with as little sleep because you sure as hell could not do that before.

sex can actually become boring and quite hard work when you are married. Some like to say it is putting spice back in your married, but who knew sex could be seen as work? Surely it should always be seen as something completely enjoyable?

Suddenly the so called "sad single" days of when one could party whenever they felt like it seem like the best days ever. Now you have to check with your spouse first, the kids next, and then try to find a friend who remembers you in order to hit the clubs.

10.Snoring pains

No one mentioned before I got married that my partner would snore all night? How am I supposed to sleep with all of that noise going on? Should I use the pillow to cover my ears or to smother him so he at least shuts up for a bit?

Why did nobody tell me that the remote had to be shared when you were married? Surely I just get automatic control of the remote because that is what I am already used to? Is that not how it works?

No one told me that once you were married you couldn't eat cereal for dinner? Sheesh now you have to be all proper and grown up and eat real food with cereal being demoted to purely a breakfast thing. That is something I am going to miss.
