1.Breathe Out The Toxicity
Learn to breath. From the stomach, not the chest. Meditate and spend time being kind to you. Breath away toxic stress and toxic thoughts. In fact, avoid toxic situations, thoughts and people as much as you possibly can.
2.Let Go!
Learn to let go, to dance, to sing, to laugh and play. You need not hold yourself back, you are a perfect part of the universe. They say happiness is understanding who you are and being authentically you all the time.
3.Go on! Hug Someone
Use massage or other holistic therapies to calm you. Touch can heal both a sore body and soul. These might not be permanent cures, but can definitely bring some peace back into your body for a while. Hugging can reduce blood pressure and regulate body processes.
4.Have Fun
Try new things. Take up a hobby you love or a pursuit you enjoy. This is time to find what you want. Then just do it!
5.Saying 'No'
Do not take all the demands placed on you as your responsibility. Understand your boundaries, learn to say a firm but polite 'No'. Trying to juggle the needs of others can create anxiety and stress in your body. Saying 'No' will set you free.
6.You Will Feel Better
Understand that people do recover from anxiety and do lead great lives. This is only a temporary situation. You can learn to manage your anxiety or if need be there is medication to assist. This is not forever.
7.Take A Chance
Don't alienate yourself. Ask family, friends and your partner to help you through difficult times. If you do not have such support then help is just a phone call away. Talk through your fears with a friendly listener.

8.Eat and Drink Better
Find out about calming qualities in natural teas. For example, Chamomile has calming compounds that help relax you. Vitamins can assist you too. Omega 3 is the anti-stress vitamin. Avoid caffeine and sugar which causes your blood levels to increase and can also cause palpitations.
9.Don't Drink
Don't use drugs or alcohol to try and manage your anxiety. In the end, they often make the symptoms worse. Find out healthier alternatives. Smoking can also accelerate anxiety.

10.Change Your Thoughts
Understand that one's thoughts can create an anxiety attack. So, monitor your thoughts. There are great auditory help sessions that can help you change your thoughts, if they are harmful to you. Thoughts can also create wellness or conversely illness. Your thoughts should be your best friends.
11.Educate Yourself
Educate yourself on anxiety. The causes, the triggers and how to deal with anxiety and panic. Find out which type of anxiety you suffer from. This can be on your own time or with a group. Groups help support one another with knowledge and experience. They can help with coping strategies.

12.You Are Not Alone
The best way to deal with anxiety is to realize that you are, not alone. Other people suffer with anxiety too. You are not a freak, you are not weak, you are not a failure. Anxiety is one of the most common mental illness out there.
