Reading is a great pastime and it can even be done during a blackout. If you don't have any electricity, you more than likely have candles lit all around you house. Snuggle up with a good book next to a tall candle and you've found something to do. Reading by candlelight can be extremely soothing and it's a great way to de-stress.
