12.Maintaining the ‘Disney Look’

Disney maintains a strict appearance policy to all of its employees, which the company calls as ‘the Disney look’. As per the rule, all the male employees need to keep their hair neat by proportionately cutting the back and side hair so it does not touch the hair or the shirt collar. All the women should have an easy to maintain ‘classic’ hairstyle. Both the male and female employees should cut their nails to a specified size.
