Located in Carbost, Scotland, Talisker Distiller produces an Island Single Malt Scotch that is one of the best in the world. It is sold as a premium whisky and is marketed as part of their Classic Malts by United Distillers and Vintners for Diageo, who operate the distillery. Hugh and Kenneth MacAskil founded Talkisker Distillery in 1830.
