The Islay single malt Scotch Lagavulin is made at Lagavulin on the island of Islay in the United Kingdom. Powerful, robust and full bodied, this whisky has a powerful, peat smoke aroma balanced with a smooth and slightly sweet taste. The single malt is 16 years old, but they do release a 12 year old strength in a cask.
