#4 Side Plank



The side plank is a muffin top destroyer. Performed by balancing yourself on one arm with both legs extended and either piled onto each other or toggled. With your other arms up, you want to make sure your shoulder is over the wrist of your balancing hand. Pull your hips up to the ceiling, and you should feel your side clench and work, as you hold it for a minute, if you can.
