Mobile phone users are inundated with calls from telemarketers, scam artists and random people who don't know how to dial the right number. Somehow, someway robots obtain the numbers of various mobile users and try to either sell them something or steal their information. And the worse thing about it is that cell phone providers claim they can't do anything about it.
