Yes, this is a real thing. A cake that somebody -- presumably a sighted person -- thought would be a good idea to have in his (or, God help us, her) home and eventually eat. I don't begin to understand it, but I'm dying to know what part of your soul melts away when you put a fork in the eyeball.
