Unfortunately, internet is full of fake pictures. You see tons of fake photos in Facebook or other social media sites that easily make you think everything you see on internet is fake. However, not all of them are fake. Here are fifteen images (and stories behind them) that look fake, But are Actually True.
1.This Cobweb Tree
This picture looks like as if there was a small atomic bomb explosion there! It wasn't any explosion, as you can clearly see it was just a tree that is full of cobwebs. Back in 2010, Sindh region of Pakistan was flooded. Spiders and other insects took shelter on those trees to protect themselves from drowning. What happened next? The picture tells you the story.
2.Free the Floof!!!
This looks like some kind of fluffy ball, right? What if we tell you that it is actually a living being that can eat, sleep and walk? Yes, that is a bunny. This bunny you are seeing in the picture is world's fluffiest bunny. Fluffy bunnies like those belong to 'Angora' rabbit breed. Isn't that bunny really cute?
3.Best Place To Fry (Tan) Yourself!
We assure you there were no Photoshop skills on display here. This picture is real. This picture was taken in Bondi Beach of Sydney, Australia. This beach in Australia is known for giant beach sculptures. Imagine sitting on top of that sculpture's handle and watching the beach. It's awesome, right?
4.Blue Lava
In simple words, lava is molten fire which usually looks red. This blue lava picture you are seeing here wasn't fake. It was real. French photographer Olivier Grunewald took this picture at Kawa Ijen volcano of Indonesia. How come there be blue lava? Don't get confused. The lava seems to be blue here because of high sulfuric gases in the air start burning with lava.
5.Flock of Flamingos Look like a Flamingo
This wasn't fake either! In fact, this was published in National Geographic Website under best photos category. This picture was taken at Gulf of Mexico. You don't often see a flock of birds resembling a bird. No wonder Nat Geo recognized this as best photo.
6.A Cloud in a Room
You may straightaway think this photo was Photoshopped. It wasn't! An artist named Berndnaut Smilde created this small and manmade cloud inside a room. He used a fog machine to create real clouds in the room, and then he carefully controlled room temperature and humidity levels to make small clouds like these float in room.
7.This Coconut Crab
This monstrous looking crab is real. These crabs are called coconut crabs. These coconut crabs are largest living arthropods on earth. They are called coconut crabs because they live on eating coconuts. Robber crab and palm thief are their other names. Guess where you can find these crabs? Australia!!!

Doesn't this cat picture just look like those perfectly photoshopped pictures we see? But, this is real. Meet Venus, the two faced cat! Venus is now the world's most popular cat, thanks to its rare and highly unique two colored face. Her face is a mystery, as even research experts failed to find a reason why this cat looks different.
9.A Half Graffiti Hotel
This picture looks like it was a half done Photoshopped picture, right? As usual, it wasn't! This picture is real, so does the room you are seeing it. This is a room in hotel named Au Vieux Panier hotel in Marseille, France. This is one of the many rooms in that hotel. Every room in that hotel has a cool and unique artistic style.

11.Nadal and Federer Playing Tennis on Water Court, Qatar
In this picture, you can see Nadal and Federer playing on a water tennis court in Qatar, back in 2011. It's unbelievable that there's a tennis court on water. It's more interesting when two top tennis players in the world play on it. Why do you need a tennis court on water? Because why not!!!

This one too is a very rare photo. You are not going to see a tornado and rainbow together. This incredible picture (actually video) was taken by storm chasers. As you know there are people who chase storms/tornados, this rare sight was caught on their cameras by one such group.
13.That is a Hotel in South Korea, Not a Cruise Ship
This photo will confuse you a lot. When you see this picture for the first time, you will tend to think what that cruise ship is doing there! This is actually a hotel named Sun Cruise Resort, located in South Korea. This amazing hotel, which was built in 2002, is famous for its cruise ship like rooms and sea view.
14.No, Not a Levitating Boat
This is another wonderful picture that looks too fake to believe! This isn't fake and you got to believe it. This place in the picture is one of those clear water lakes you usually find in countries like Canada. The water is usually so clear in these amazing lakes that it will make anything that float on it look levitating.
15.This Wolf Isn't Real
This incredibly beautiful and real looking wolf is actually made using pipe cleaners. Pipe cleaners are those pipe like things that are used to clean smoking pipes. Artists know them very well as they use those pipe cleaners in different artistic items. Luaren Ryan is an American artist who makes life like animal sculptures like these, using pipe cleaners.
