1.Ask One Question Per Day In English
Ask questions. Don't be afraid to ask for a word if you can't think of it. Listen to the answers and commit them to memory. Questions start conversation, make you a willing learner and open doors. The more you converse the better at English you will become. So ask away.
2.Write
Write sentences in English. The more you write the more you will remember and the more you will be able to pronounce the worse. See them in your mind, read them back to yourself and say them out loud. Over time the sentences that you right will become your go to responses.
3.Learn Inflection
Inflection is very important when learning a language. Some languages put emphasis on different part of a sentence, making their voice higher in some places and lower in others. Almost like a song, language has a tempo. Learn it and you will become flawless.
4.Mimic A Speaker
Mimic someone else. It's not enough to know the words, but you need to know how to put them together. Listen to a native English speaker and follow their speech patterns. Listen for pronunciation, grouping of words, and tone. Mimic their style and soon it will become your own, with your own personal twist.
5.Record Yourself
Record yourself and play it back. Keep doing this until what you are hearing sounds right to you. You can correct accent this way, tone, and inflection. Keep recording yourself every week to track improvement in your speech. It's a great record of your growth.
6.Be More Confident
The more confident you are at speaking the bette you will speak the language. This is true of anything you do in life. If you are shy about speaking up because you are afraid other people will make fun of you, you will never learn the language. The more you speak, the quicker you will learn.
7.Listen To Audio Books
Babies learn a language by listening and repeated. You can do the same by listening to audio books. The more you listen the more you will hear the same words and phrases over and over again, until you learn it. It becomes embedded in your mind and allows you to recall it when you need it.

8.Avoid Slang
Avoid using slang. Nothing is more funny to the locals than a person from another country using slang. Unless you pronunciation is spot on and you have no accent, it comes off as very funny. Stick to real words until you are fluent enough and understand the slang.
9.List Most Common Phrases
Make a list of the most common phrases used in the English language. Look up what they mean and learn how to say them with the proper pronunciation. The more phrases you know the more you can converse. Things like asking where the bathroom is, thanking someone, ordering coffee, and more.

10.Practice
As with anything in life, practice makes perfect. If you just study words and sentences, conjugating verbs and stuff like that, you still won't be able to speak it unless you keep speaking it. Do it out loud all day long, even when you're alone. Practice, practice, practice and it will become second nature.
11.Learn One New Word Per Day
If you can learn one new word per day you will increase you vocabulary by 365 new words in a year. The more words you know the more fluent you will become. Try to use the word as often as you can during the day, and the word will become second hand to you when you least expect it.

When speaking English, try to speak slower than you would in your native language. When you slow it down you will be able to better pronounce your words and people will be able to understand you much more clearly. Speed will come over time as you become fluent in English.
