#3 The Rugrats Are 20-Year-Olds

One of the best things about kids in cartoons is that they never age! The Rugrats were one of the most popular cartoons in the 90s. Though Angelica acted like she was a 25-year-old, she was only a toddle. Oddly enough, if the Rugrats aged in real-time, they would all be in their 20s.
