6.Double Leg Take Down

In martial arts, the term takedown refers to making a fighter fall on the ground. When you fall and have your back touching the ground, you are in a guard position. Your opponent who is on top of you is in a mount position. It is easy to attack the enemy from a mount position, so takedown moves have great significance in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Double leg takedown is a generic name. The actual term for it in BJJ community is Baiana. This is a very simple technique; all you need to do is bend, force yourself toward opponent's hip, and grab them by the back of their knees.
