This is classed as being a sour ale, so it may not be to the liking of everybody that tries it. This beer does go through quite a length process in order for it to be made as it is actually left to age for anything between 9 to 15 months in Chardonnay barrels. The result? A medium bodied ale that your taste buds will love.
