With a full body and a lush and silky feel, Highland Park Scotch has smokey and oaky aromas with a bit of briny sea air. Located in Kirkwall, Orkney, Highland Park Distillery was founded in 1798 on an area called "High Park" in Orkney. This distillery is one of only a few who malt their own barley.
