Her need to share everything with Twitter has led to a huge spike in the amount of people she has following her on Twitter.

2.Holly Robinson Peete

Holly Robinson Peete tweets cover various topics; things like motherhood, autism, events, family and entertainment news. She's one of the few actresses that chats with her fans and thanks them for their support personally. She also loves to go on re-tweeting sprees every now and then. Her active Twitter life has led her to have more than 90,000 tweets.

3.Justin Bieber

Justin Bieber is constantly trying to prove to the world he has hit puberty. While the jury is still out on that one, Bieber's selfie addiction has been heightened thanks to Twitter and Facebook. When Bieber isn't sending out repeated tweets about his music, he's posting some random photo of himself with his new G.I. Joe body.

4.Roseanne Barr

Roseanne Barr has always had a blunt demeanor in real-life, and that persona continues to shine through on Twitter. If there is a hot topic circulating the web, Barr will express her thoughts on the matter on Twitter. She is constantly re-tweeting information and/or comments she agrees with. On top of that, she is always ready for an argument. She has gone to-to-toe with several Twitter users who try to be disrespectful. Barr has well over 97,000 tweets.

5.Jordin Sparks

You know you're addicted to Twitter when you tell your followers good night. Jordin Sparks' career has hit the skids recently, but she doesn't mind helping out her beau Jason Derulo. Sparks spends most of her time on Twitter talking to fans, promoting Derulo's career, talking about how much she loves Jason Derulo and posting photos with her and Jason Derulo. Her life revolves around Jason Derulo and thanks to her incessant posts; all of Twitter knows it too.

6.Sherri Shepherd

Sherri Shepherd mentions something that happens on Twitter at least once a week on her talk show, The View. Aside from sharing aspects of her life on the website; she also seeks advice from her followers as well. If you want to follow someone who posts random photos of their wigs tosses around their office, then Sherri Shepherd is where it's at. Shepherd has over 20,000 tweets.

7.Donald Trump

A businessman like Donald Trump should barely have time to wipe the crumbs from his mouth, but for some weird reason, Trump seems to spend a lot of time on Twitter. Trump tweets about business-related news, occurrences and public appearances. But then there are time when the mogul goes on tirades about the president, government and the economy. His tweets about politics are so bountiful, that they seem to go on for hours at a time.

8.Chris Brown

Chris Brown has departed and come back to Twitter more times than we can count. He tends to make overemotional messages about his departure, only to re-activate his profile within a week's time. He is also the king of posting abrasive rants and then deleting thosemessages hours later. If a journalist or media personality insults him, he almost always responds to them via Twitter. His fans should do him a favor and buy him a journal this Christmas.

9.Kanye West

Don't use a diary to express your emotions, just take a page out of Kanye West's book and use Twitter. West is known for using Twitter to air his social grievances with other celebrities, the media, the world and pretty much anything that moves. It's as if he doesn't know what a telephone is. Just like his girlfriend, he loves the attention he gets when he goes on Twitter tirades.

10.Kim Kardashian

Kim Kardashian lives for attention, and since her boyfriend Kanye West doesn't give it to her, then Twitter is the next best thing. Kardashian tweets about almost every detail of her life. Not a day goes by that the socialite isn't on Twitter. She most recently caused a stir on the social networking site for posting a scantily clad photo of herself. Most of her photos include selfies where she gets continuous praise for her manufactured assets.

11.MC Hammer

Since MC Hammer has nothing better to do with his time, he might as well just stay on Twitter. The emcee was a popular musician back in the 1980s and 1990s, but he's not as popular today. Still, MC Hammer spends an ample amount of time tweeting the events that take place in his life. He has more 34,000 tweets and over 3 million followers. Now if he could get all his followers to buy "Too Legit To Quit," he'd be in the money.

12.Perez Hilton

With the amount of times Perez Hilton tweets in a given day, he must have a device designated for the social networking site. Hilton is the celeb with the most tweets on Twitter. He currently has over 160,000 tweets. When he isn't posting and re-tweeting mindless gossip, he keeps busy by antagonizing Lady Gaga and Chris Brown.
