Irving in Texas should not be mixed up with Irvine in California, but the good thing is that Irving is also one of the safest cities in the US for you to live in thanks to crime rates being less than half what they are elsewhere in the country. Murder rates are 72% lower and rapes are 55% lower resulting in a city that is certainly a lot less violent than you may be used to elsewhere.
