There is nothing wrong with being an introvert. Talking or not talking to people is one’s personal choice, hence it cannot be considered an illness or a disorder. Introverts prefer staying quiet and reserved, just as extroverts like mingling loudly with people. Introverted people are cool in their own way. If you would like to know more about an introvert, here are fifteen things they absolutely love.

1.Party Cancellation Makes Great News

Nothing will be more soothing to the ears of an introvert than hearing the news of a party being cancelled. At times, introverts simply cannot avoid parties or social gatherings. Cancelled parties disappoint everyone, but not introverts!

2.Introverts Enjoy a Long Walk Alone

Walking alone on a beach, or being in a quiet place, are one of the few things introverts absolutely love. With earphones on, playing good music, this perhaps is the best way to escape into peace from the annoying chatterbox type.

3.A Long Conversation with a Best Friend

Who said introverts don’t talk to people or have friends? While most people have tons of friends, introverts have only a chosen few they talk to. Introverts enjoy a deep logical conversation (which makes strong sense, in every sentence) with their buddy in a quiet space with no crowds and no drama.

Introverts enjoy that deep feeling of relaxation when they come back to their home after spending a long time outside. Coming back to homes and hiding right in their closets is of the great pleasurable things introverts enjoy.

Books are an introverts’ best friend apart from those one or two humans they have as friends. Introverts love reading books. They don’t just use books to read. They even use them as a ‘don’t disturb me’ sign when there are people circling around.

Introverts hope for greater democratization of the internet so the things they need can be found and bought online. They even prefer buying eggs and bananas online so they don’t need to deal with chatty storekeepers or people outside.

Internet and social media means staying up to date with daily nonsense around without needing to get involved.

Introverts find immense pleasure in driving for long hours on clear roads, particularly during the night. It feels like a heaven on earth, when you are driving down a country road, with your favorite song playing. It makes most introverts feel like they are escaping all the drama around them, and into a more peaceful world.

When two introverts meet, they could end up discussing deep logical stuff that most extroverts find weird or confusing.  No one knows better than an introvert what it feels like to be an introvert. Two introverts make good buddies as long as they stick to what they are, and do not get carried away.

Most writers are introverts. Introverts are very good at expressing feelings indirectly, in the form of writing. Writing is something that needs to be done alone, and in a peaceful environment. Introverts are more used to living in quiet mode than extroverts, which make them good writers. Introverts draw creativity, energy and zeal from within.

Introverts are always hopeful that their boss could build a separate office for each employee, rather than making all of them sit together. On a serious note, introverts prefer working from home, as they believe they can be more productive when left alone. They hate those annoying employees who constantly interrupt them with all sorts of silly stuff in the workplace.

While most people find it awkward to go to the movies all alone, introverts love doing that on a regular basis. Most introverts enjoy watching a movie in a theater, accompanied by nothing but their happy soul.
