The Sixth Sense is hailed as having one of the best movie twists ever. This thriller follows a psychologist named Dr. Malcolm Crowe. After being shot by a former patient, Crowe (Bruce Willis) decides to help a young boy named Cole (Haley Joel Osment) who "sees dead people." Crowe assists Cole, as he uses his gift to help ghosts finish their work on earth. The epic part of the movie is when Crowe discovers that he never really survived being shot and is in fact dead; which is a coincidence because Osment's career is now in fact dead.
