Wild Wild West is a comedy, western, parody and action film all wrapped into one. AlthoughWill Smith had already become a mega-star at this point, the film didn't do as well as the creators' expected. Wild Wild West opened at No. 1 during its Independence Day debut. The film grossed $222,104,681 worldwide. Smith also recorded the movie's theme song, which can be heard on its official soundtrack.
