#7 Inspector Clouseau
The best part about Inspector Clouseau was that he thought he was good, but we know he was lucky and generally a bit rubbish. However the way in which he went about trying to solve cases was certainly entertaining, so perhaps we should cut him some slack for not being the best detective out there.
