#12 McDonalds McGriddle

McGriddles were added to the McDonalds menu in 2003. The breakfast sandwich is one of McDonalds' fattest menu options to-date. Though it may not look like, the McGriddle has just as much fat as a Big Mac. On top of that, it has more sugar than a pack of McDonalds cookies. The best thing about this sandwich is that you can deconstruct it, put it on a plate and serve it as a breakfast meal.
