This lovely young lady with the not so lovely hairstyle is Rihanna. Despite the smile on her face it is extremely unlikely that she is happy with a her haircut. Why? Because she is sporting a haircut that looks as though her stylist was interrupted by horrifying news.

2.Justin Bieber

Who else could top our list? Who else can be dubbed the King of clumsy cuts, the Prince of pompadours? This is as bad as it gets, no matter what his legion of adolescent fans may think. Young Justin isn't having a bad hair. So far he's having a bad hair life.

3.Rumer Willis

As if being cursed with her father's lantern jaw isn't bad enough, this young starlet has decided to make herself even less attractive with a haircut that can't make up its mind if it wants to merely be a strange color or take a strange shape as well.

4.Amy Winehouse

This unforgettable songstress may have departed from the world, but she has left us with a bold legacy of bizarre hairstyles. This one is so laughably outrageous that even an attempt to cover it with a scarf has only so much success. We can see it a little bit. And a little bit is way too much.

5.Dog the Bounty Hunter

This man is Duane Chapman, better known to fans of reality TV as Dog the Bounty Hunter. He has had his share of legal troubles in the past. In the late seventies he was arrested on a murder charge and did some time in prison. If he's arrested for having a hideous mullet, he may spend the rest of his life behind bars.

6.David Beckham

This man is professional athlete. This hair is a professional disaster. As far as I can tell it did not happen as a result of a high-speed collision taking place on the football field. But this should be a lesson to the kids: do not try this at home. Put the scissors down before someone gets hurt.

7.Mia Wasikowska

Oh, my God, Mia! Are you okay? Have you recovered? Were there any other survivors of the accident or were you the only one? Have the police been contacted? Oh... that haircut wasn't the result of a horrifying accident? You meant for your hair to look that way? Oops. Never mind.

8.Halle Berry

Say it isn't so! Yes, it's so. Even the always adorable Halle Berry has been known to succumb to the strange desire to inflict a weird hairstyle on an unsuspecting public. This is her worst crime since appearing in... oh, every movie she's made in the last ten years.

9.Katie Holmes

Ah, that sweet coy smile! Those adorable eyes! What a gorgeous, stylish lady. Until we get to the hair. Perhaps this fashion queen needs one more accessory to make herself just perfect for public consumption: a really large hat. Please, Katie. If not for yourself, think of the kids!

10.Katy Perry

This look would be fantastic for any of the following scenarios: A. If Katy Perry was a cartoon character. B. If every single person in the world was blind. C. Oh, who am I kidding, her hair is blue! Who does that? Who decides that blue hair is a good idea then leaves the house.

11.Rachel McAdams

Sometimes the look on a starlet's face says it all. This look says what in the world was I thinking? Why these colors? Why these curls? Why is Kim Kardashian laughing at me? And Katie Holmes too? I have to sneak out of here. Maybe if I yell fire at the right time I can sneak away...

12.Jaden Smith

This young superstar has, with his weird haircut, probably created enough uncomfortable memories for himself to last a lifetime. And he hasn't even reached puberty yet. Maybe if he plays his cards right, he can be seen with his fly open in public before he hits twenty.

13.Kelly Osbourne

This young lady's oddly dyed locks probably don't give her the hip, youthful look she's seeking. Instead they give her a mature look she probably won't be after for another twenty or thirty years or so. If she wants a senior discount into the movies, the look may work.

14.Miley Cyrus

Controversy magnet that she has recently become, Miley Cyrus's hair is not exactly what people have been talking about most. So perhaps we should start. The horns are a bad idea for reasons that should be obvious. Mainly that putting horns in your hair is always a bad idea.

15.Khloe Kardashian

As if being known as the heaviest, least attractive Kardashian isn't bad enough, young Khloe makes things even worse for herself by sporting a strangely colored hairdo that looks like it must be watered on a daily basis. Although having a hairstyle that covers her face is a good start.
