Vegans don't eat meat. They stay away from dairy and every edible product that comes from animals kingdom. Many people confuse vegans with vegetarians. Vegetarians don't eat meat but consume dairy and other animal related products like honey. Vegetarianism is a choice. Veganism, on the other hand, is a philosophy. Unlike vegetarians, vegans isolate themselves from the other groups based on their food choices. Needless to say, many people find them annoying! Vegans are everywhere. 1.Olivia Wilde
Olivia Wilde is a strict vegan. Her efforts helped her snag PETA's sexiest Vegetarian Celebrity of 2010 title. During an interview with Ecorazzi, Olivia Wilde revealed just how it is to be a vegan, she said, "Truly committing to the vegan lifestyle is tough stuff. It involves a whole lot more than just abstaining from meaty meals and ditching dairy products. Vegans generally won't even wear wool, silk, down or any other product that has been made from an animal."
2.Russell Brand
Russell Brand has been conscious about his health since he was a teenager. The actor-comedian became a vegetarian at the age of 14. He converted to living a vegan lifestyle in October 2011. In fact, the comedian announced the news via Twitter. On October 11, he tweeted, "I'm now vegan, goodbye egg."
3.Tobey Maguire
Tobey Maguire became a vegetarian in 1992; he transitioned into a full-blown vegan in 2009.He was declared the "World's sexiest Vegetarian" by PETA in 2002. Maguire often changes his diet, depending on the role he takes on. He decreased his caloric intake for the movie Seabiscuit and then packed on the weight for Spider-Man 2.
