Celebrities usually give their voice to popular cartoon characters of leading animated movie franchises, of course in return for money. Almost all the recently released top animated movies have big Hollywood names listed in their cast. For example, the stars like Ben Kingsley, Bill Murray, Scarlett Johansson, and Idris Elba voiced the top characters of "The Jungle Book" (2016) movie. We don't often see celebs giving their voice to cartoon characters from the TV shows or lesser-known animated films. There are many instances in the past where celebs lent their voice to such cartoons. Check 24 celebrities who voiced some of our favorite cartoon characters from TV shows and animated movies.
1.Michael Cera As Brother Bear
You probably know Michael Cera for his role in films such as "Superbad" and "Juno," but he also voiced the character of Brother Bear on the hit animated television series, "The Berenstein Bears." Although the show became very popular, it did not last too long. The show was first aired on PBS Kids in January 2003 and ended in September 2004. Based on the children's book of the same name "The Berenstein Bears" gave Cera a chance to show us more of his comedic acting skills in a different way.

It might be strange to picture Jessica Walter as the voice of Fran the dinosaur in the film, "Dinosaurs," from 1991, but she was indeed behind that amazing character. Most people know her as Lucille Bluth from the hit television series of ten years, "Arrested Development," but she is multi-faceted and able to take it to the world of animation.
3.Johnny Cash As The Space Coyote In The Simpsons
Sometimes even the biggest celebrities can be found voicing cartoon characters. Icons such as Johnny Cash lend their voices to animated television shows and feature films without anyone having a clue of it. Cash voiced Homer Simpson's spirit guide, a talking coyote named "The Space Coyote" whom Homer encounters while hallucinating. The Space Coyote becomes a spirit guide to Homer, telling him to find his soul mate. This Coyote appeared only in a couple of shows. It also appeared in the "The Simpsons" comic book, and video game.
4.Jeff Goldblum As Verminous Skumm In Captain Planet And The Planeteers
Jeff Goldblum once played a giant fly in the blockbuster film, "The Fly," so it makes sense that he also voiced the character of a large, mutant sewer rat named Verminous Skumm. Skumm keeps trying to destroy the earth's ecological balance and take control of the planet. He has an army of rats. He uses the army to attack his enemies. This villainous rat is part of the animated show, "Captain Planet and the Planeteers," broadcasted on CBS in 1990, which run until 1992. The show was not a typical 90s children's cartoon show. The producers made the show mainly to raise the environmental awareness among children. Their prime motto was not making money out of it.
5.Meg Ryan As Dr. Blight
Meg Ryan has been in so many of our favorite films, there are too many to mention, but who can forget her voice in the blockbuster movie, "When Harry Met Sally?" While there are no screaming fake orgasm scenes in the animated show, "Captain Planet," you may recognize Meg as the voice of Dr. Blight.
6.Sting As Zarm In Captain Planet And The Planeteers
Jeff Goldblum was not the only big celebrity to voice a character on the animated show, "Captain Planet and the Planeteers." Sting voiced the character of Zarm, the Spirit of War and Destruction. The villainous character always tries to kill "Gala" and the "Captain Planet". He is a warmonger. Zarm is one of the most prominent characters of the "Captain Planet and the Planeteers" show. He appeared in all the six seasons of the show. The multi-talented singer and actor, Sting, lent his voice along with David Warner and Malcolm McDowell, who also voiced Zarm.
7.Ringo Starr As The Duck Brothers
Ringo Starr first took the world by storm in 1964 when he invaded America with four other guys, John Lennon, Paul McCartney, and George Harrison, better known as the Beatles. When the band split, they all went their separate ways, forging careers in music and more. Ringo voiced the Duck Brothers in a guest star appearance.

When he was a kid, he walked in on his mother while she was having oral sex with a fat man. The incident traumatized Patrick and made him a serial killer, who only kills fat people.
